- In Customer Account: Under "Product Codes & Licenses" in the "My Orders" section
- Delivery Time: Within 0–24 hours after payment confirmation
- Cost: €0.00 shipping costs (digital delivery worldwide free of charge)

If you haven't received your license, please first check your spam folder. If the email is not there, contact our support at support@softwarebay.de – we'll help you immediately.
